Common questions.
What does “live in seven days” actually mean?
From the day we kick off, your site goes live on day seven. We're serious about it. If we can't hit the timeline for your project scope, we'll tell you upfront and recommend a different path. We don't take projects we can't deliver.
Why 50% deposit?
To protect both of us. The deposit reserves your spot on the calendar and commits us to starting immediately. The remaining 50% is due on launch day. If we don't ship on time, you don't pay the balance. That's the deal.
What if I need something that isn't on this list?
Ask. Most custom requests can be folded into an existing tier, or we'll quote you separately. Premium is essentially “Growth plus the custom thing you need.” If your project is genuinely unusual, we'll tell you and point you to someone better suited.
Do you do logo design?
Included in Premium as part of a brand refresh. For Starter and Growth, we work with your existing brand. If you need a full brand identity, we can connect you with brand designers we trust — we're a web studio first.
What tech stack do you build on?
Depends on the project. Most sites are Next.js deployed to Netlify. Content edits happen through Decap, a simple Git-based CMS with a browser admin UI. E-commerce runs on Shopify or custom Stripe integrations. We pick the stack that fits your team — not the one that's trendy.
What happens after launch?
Each package includes a post-launch support window (30/60/90 days). After that, you can either self-manage your site or enroll in a monthly Care Plan for ongoing updates, security, and edits. Most clients start with a Care Plan for the first 6 months and transition to self-serve after.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Each package includes revision rounds — we iterate together until it lands. If after the included revisions we still haven't nailed it, we'll work through it honestly. We've never had a project end without a happy client, and we don't plan to start now.
Can I pay in full instead of a deposit?
Yes. Pay-in-full saves you 5%. Ask about it when you submit your brief.
